🔑 Keys to using Podsie successfully
How to effectively incorporate Podsie into your classroom
1️⃣ Key #1: Get student buy-in
Podsie is most effective in classrooms where students are bought into Podsie, and we've seen that students are most bought in when they learn about and understand the underlying principles that power Podsie. Here are the different ways to get student buy-in:
- Learn more about the science behind spaced retrieval practice. Your students are much more likely to buy in if you yourself are bought in! Learning more about the research and science behind spaced retrieval practice is a great place to start. Here’s a fantastic resource:
- Explain the science and research behind Podsie to your students. We've provided a lesson plan that helps you introduce Podsie to your students.
2️⃣ Key #2: Join our online community!
Podsie has an online community where you can ask questions, make feature requests, report bugs, and discuss learning science with other Podsie teachers. We encourage you to join and make the most out of your Podsie experience!
3️⃣ Key #3: Reach out when you need help with something
This help center (support.podsie.org) is a great first place to look for support (for example, here are some commonly asked questions), but if you still have any questions not covered by the help center, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@podsie.org. We’d be more than happy to help! 😄
