How can we help? 👋

Manage your roster

Manage classes, student membership, AI tutor access, and co-teachers.

Use Rosters to manage the students and teachers in each class.

Open a class

  1. Choose your course from the course menu in the left navigation.
  1. Select Rosters.
  1. Select a class in the side panel.

The roster lists each student’s name, email address, and AI tutor status. Check the selected class before you change a student’s membership.

Share the class code

Select the green code beside Class code to copy it. Share this code with students who need to join the class.

Create or rename a class

  1. Select Create class.
  1. Choose a Course.
  1. Enter a Class Name, such as “Period 2.”
  1. Select Create class in the dialog.

To rename an existing class, open Edit Class and select Edit Class Name. Enter the new name and save it.

Change a student’s name or class

Open the three-dot menu in the student’s Actions column.
