Shared Assignments

What assignments will show up under Subject Groups?

When you belong to the same Subject Group as other teachers, you can access and clone assignments that they’ve created.

 

Which Assignments will show up?

 

By default, all assignments belonging to other teachers in the same Subject Group as you will show up under the “Shared Assignments” section.

 

The following assignments WILL NOT show up in that section:

  1. Archived assignments - any assignments that have been archived will not show up. Please note that Draft assignments will show up.
  1. Assignments with the “Allow Subject Group collaborators to see this assignment” setting toggled off. By default, assignments that you clone from another teacher will have this setting toggled off so that duplicates aren’t shown in “Shared Assignments”. You can toggle this setting by doing the following:
 

First, go to an assignment. Then, click on the assignments’ Launch Settings:

Then, scroll to the bottom and toggle the “Allow Subject Group Collaborators to see this assignment” setting:

How to clone Assignments

 

First, in the My Subject space, click on “Shared Assignments”:

Next, you can expand an assignment to get a preview of the questions:

Finally, to clone the assignment, click on the “clone” icon on the left-hand side:
